Mitch Wishnowsky remains an elite field-position punter with pro-level leg talent
Wishnowsky is a high-value punter because he combines distance, hang time, and placement—at Utah he was known for booming kicks that pinned opponents deep, and in the pros he has repeatedly shown the ability to flip field position with inside-the-20 production. His calling card is consistency under pressure, not flash, and his background as a rugby-style specialist gives him a unique delivery and strong directional control. A recent back injury ended his 2024 season early, so health is the main watch item, but when available he is the kind of specialist that quietly helps a team win hidden-yardage battles.
