Speedy in-state freshman with upside, but still a blank slate at OSU
In the 2026 season, Quincy Shelton is a true freshman preferred walk-on at Oklahoma State, and there are no college statistics yet to judge his on-field production. What stands out is the athletic profile: the Hugo, Oklahoma product posted more than 1,200 all-purpose yards in high school, including 856 receiving yards and 18 touchdowns, while also adding three interceptions on defense. He’s a versatile, high-energy in-state prospect with playmaking juice and room to grow—more developmental swing than immediate plug-and-play, but definitely the kind of receiver worth watching.
