Tennessee Tech's Unsung LS Hero with Pro Snap Potential
Johnathan Forrest anchors Tennessee Tech's special teams as long snapper, delivering pinpoint, lightning-fast snaps under pressure that have prevented blocked punts in clutch moments during the 2025 season; his high school pedigree from New Rochelle—first-team All-State defender (2012) and MVP back—translates to elite athleticism (4.68 40-yard dash, 31.9" vertical per ESPN combine), rare for LS, making him a coach's dream with relentless intensity and 'coach me coach' reliability. No injury red flags; perfect fit for teams needing dependable, versatile special teams upgrade with NFL upside.
