Justin Hale brings veteran utility to Samford’s backfield
Justin Hale’s profile points to a versatile, physical backfield piece for Samford rather than a flashy stat-sheet hog, which can be valuable on short-yardage and assignment-heavy downs. Available roster data shows him listed with Samford football, and some public listings identify him as a running back rather than a pure fullback, suggesting a flexible role that can help a team in multiple spots. For a team needing toughness, special-purpose snaps, and a player who can embrace the dirty work, Hale looks like a practical, role-specific fit.
