In the 2024 season, Isaac Wilson threw for 1,510 yards and 10 touchdowns as a true freshman at Utah, then arrived at Colorado in January 2026 with Power Four starting experience and a reputation for competitiveness, command, and scrambling athleticism. He was listed as the No. 31 quarterback in the transfer portal and has been positioned as Julian Lewis’s backup, but reports from spring and fall camp said his strong play kept the QB race interesting.
