Tavis Shippen offers Oregon State size and depth on the defensive line
Shippen is a **6-4 defensive lineman** for Oregon State who brings legitimate size, experience, and developmental upside to the Beavers’ front.[2] In the most recent available stat line, he had **1 solo tackle** and no sacks, but his value is better measured in role fit than box-score production: he adds length, physical presence, and rotational depth to a defense that has recently been effective at limiting the run.[1][3] For a team needing a sturdy, experienced DL with room to grow, he looks like a reliable fit rather than a flashy headline grab.[2][4]
