Aaron Perry brings size and power to The Citadel’s defense
Aaron Perry is a 6-foot-2, 205-pound linebacker/defensive piece with a power-first style that showed up in high school, where he rushed for 887 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2024 and ranked top-52 in Colorado 5A. Prep Redzone describes him as a bigger back who runs with power, which suggests a physical, hard-to-miss profile rather than a finesse athlete. The Citadel roster lists him on the team with no collegiate stats yet, so the appeal is his frame, toughness, and developmental upside more than proven college production right now.
