Steady, record-setting punter who can flip field position for New Mexico State
Theisler’s calling card is consistency and leg strength: he finished his NM State career as the program’s all-time leader in punts and punting yards, with a 41.5-yard career average and a long of 69 yards, showing he can both handle volume and generate real hidden yardage. [5][1] At 5-10, 155 pounds, he is a compact specialist whose value comes from reliable field-position control rather than flashy stats, making him a fit for teams that prioritize clean operation, touch, and experience in pressure situations.
