Louisiana Tech’s rising 6'5" QB with efficient arm talent and big-play upside
In the 2024 season, Evan Bullock emerged as a steady, efficient passer for Louisiana Tech, completing 198 of 301 throws for 2,101 yards, 14 touchdowns and just 3 interceptions, while ranking second in Conference USA in completion rate (65.8%) and fewest picks among qualifying QBs. He also flashed command in high-leverage moments, including a 290-yard, 5-TD game against MTSU. A tall pocket passer with a strong arm, good accuracy, and poise, Bullock looks like a polished distributor who can fit a timing-based offense and keep mistakes low while giving you functional downfield juice.
