Elite DL with 8 Sacks, All-Mountain West Pedigree, and Unmatched Defensive Intensity
Jacori Greer, the New Mexico Lobos' 6-3, 211-pound defensive lineman, delivered a standout 2024 season with 8 sacks and 46 solo tackles, earning All-Mountain West honors while anchoring the nation’s No. 12 total defense. Beyond stats, Greer’s differentiator is his relentless, high-intensity play style—coaches describe him as a ‘dog’ who never takes a off-rhythm snap, driven by a personality that blends gritty competitiveness with strategic run-game IQ. Though he has no major injury history, his intensity sometimes leads to over-pursuit, a trait teams must manage. As a former player and now coach with six years at New Mexico, he offers rare fit versatility for defensive schemes. Why care? He’s a proven, data-driven leader who elevates any DL unit with intensity and experience. Is he a good fit? Absolutely for teams seeking a high-motor, scheme-savvy DL with championship DNA.
