FIU's Senior Anchor with Elite Scoring IQ and Unmatched Intensity
Ben Schifferer, the 6-5 senior guard for FIU Panthers, averaged 7.3 points and 2.4 rebounds in the 2025 season, standing out not just for his stats but for his elite basketball IQ, smooth mid-range scoring, and relentless intensity on every possession. Unlike typical guards, Schifferer plays with a veteran’s calm under pressure, rarely fouling out and consistently making high-percentage shots in tight games. He has no known injury history and is praised by coaches for his leadership and defensive awareness. While not a high-volume scorer, his efficiency and decision-making make him a perfect fit for teams needing a steady, intelligent guard who elevates teammates. If you value consistency, poise, and a player who thrives in critical moments, Schifferer is a must-add.
