Anthony Holliday brings size, tackle production, and steady back-end reliability to Sam Houston
Anthony Holliday is a 6-1, 180-pound defensive back for Sam Houston whose profile suggests a physical, assignment-sound presence in the secondary.[3] His high-school production showed consistent involvement around the ball, including 22 total tackles, 3 solo tackles, and 1 fumble recovery across 11 games in 2025-26, which points to a defender who stays engaged and contributes in run support.[1] He looks like a good fit for a team that values length, toughness, and dependable depth rather than flashy ball-hawking numbers.
