ETSU’s 6-3 inside presence with veteran size and rim protection upside
Ashley Benedict brings rare collegiate size to East Tennessee State’s front line, listed at 6-3 at center, and that alone makes her a useful roster fit for anyone needing paint presence, defensive rebounding, and a physical interior body. The catch: publicly available current-season stat detail is limited here, so the main appeal is her profile—size, positional value, and the kind of interior stability that can quietly change matchups even when the box score is modest. If your team wants a true post anchor rather than a stretch-big, Benedict is the kind of old-school lane clogger that can be sneaky valuable.
