Tyler Reed brings a true fullback’s edge to McNeese’s offense
Tyler Reed is a classic lead-blocking fullback who adds physicality, toughness, and role-player value to the McNeese Cowboys. Based on the available public information, his profile is more about fit and function than flashy stat production: he’s the kind of downhill, assignment-sound piece coaches use to stabilize the run game, help in short-yardage situations, and set a tone at the point of attack. If McNeese wants a reliable, hard-nosed blocker with a straightforward team-first skill set, Reed looks like a sensible fit.
