Elite Setter for Lamar with High-Intensity Playstyle
Although listed as a Forward for the Lamar Cardinals basketball team, Adrianne Meengs is actually a standout Setter in volleyball, where she ranks fifth in the Southland with 8.76 assists per set and 3.77 digs per set [1]. Her differentiators include exceptional court vision (48 assists in one tournament) and a relentless intensity, evidenced by her 10 kills and 12 digs in a five-set victory [2][4]. She is a high-fit athlete for any team needing a leader who combines statistical dominance with a clutch personality, having been named to the all-tournament team for her versatility [2]. While her basketball stats are limited as a freshman in 2010-11, her volleyball pedigree proves she is a data-driven, intensity-focused player who elevates team performance [6].
