Peter Picerelli brings reliable field-position punting for Tulane
Peter Picerelli is a seasoned Tulane punter whose value shows up in the hidden game: field position. Tulane credits him with 219 punts for 8,780 yards (40.1 average) and 57 fair catches, showing consistency and the ability to force clean returns. ESPN lists 251 career punts with a long of 70, reinforcing that he has both volume and leg strength. He looks like a fit for teams that prioritize discipline, hang time, and flipping the field rather than raw highlight-reel explosiveness.
