high-volume tackler and tone-setting linebacker for Coastal Carolina
Leath stands out as a production-first linebacker: Coastal Carolina lists him second in program history with 248 career tackles and notes he owns four of the school’s top six single-game tackle totals, including a 14-tackle outing against No. 3 Furman in 2006.[3][1] At 6-foot-2, 230 pounds, he brought a sturdy every-down frame and the kind of consistent, physical run support that makes a defense steadier even when the box score is quiet.[6] If you want a reliable, downhill tackler who can anchor the middle and raise the unit’s floor, he looks like a strong fit.[3][6]
