From Rutgers RB to Student Affairs Leader
Vaughn Calhoun is not a current Rutgers football player; he was a former running back who has transitioned into a distinguished leadership role as Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs at Rutgers-Camden, where he earned an Ed.D. and now champions student retention and organizational culture. His differentiator lies in his unique journey from athlete to executive, showcasing intense personal drive, deep Rutgers loyalty, and a proven track record of setting program records with 3 Big Big Ten road wins during his athletic tenure. While he is no longer a fit for a football team, his intensity, leadership, and student-first mindset make him an exceptional fit for any organization focused on education, culture, and student success.
