Axel Perez brings dependable leg strength as Hampton’s punter
Perez stands out as a steady special-teams piece, with a 41.3-yard punting average in his senior season at Hampton and enough versatility to contribute as a placekicker, where he went 8-for-13 on field goals. He’s the kind of player who can flip field position and give a roster functional value in more than one kicking role, though the field-goal consistency is still a clear area to improve. If you need a multi-use specialist with proven punting production, he’s worth a look.
