Academic anchor and steady-handed center for Southeastern
Holden Kareokowsky is the kind of interior lineman coaches love: a durable, intelligent center who started all 12 games in 2024, then returned as Southeastern Louisiana’s starting center in 2025 while earning Southland All-Academic honors and a Campbell Trophy semifinalist nod. In the 2025 season, he was recognized as a Phil Steele FCS Midseason All-America fourth-team selection and later earned Second Team All-Southland, a strong sign he’s more than a classroom star—he’s a reliable tone-setter with leadership, consistency, and high football IQ.
