Mark Tolzien’s Holy Cross résumé says “surgeon’s precision at QB,” not just stat compiler
In his Holy Cross career, Mark Tolzien was a high-end efficiency quarterback: he was rated No. 34 among quarterbacks nationally by ESPN/Scouts, Inc., and he finished first in school history in career touchdown passes (83), completions (821), attempts (1,301), completion percentage (.631), and total offense (9,984), with 9,679 passing yards, according to Holy Cross records. He also brought captain-level leadership and a reputation for steadiness and preparation, which makes him the kind of QB who can elevate a system with timing, accuracy, and poise rather than just arm strength.
