a seasoned Rider big with size, touch, and old-school utility
Junior Fortunat has long been the kind of frontcourt player coaches trust: a 6-foot-9 Rider forward/center who brings length, interior size, and a finishing profile that has translated to efficient shooting over his career, including a 52.1% field-goal mark in the available statistical profile. His value is less about flashy scoring and more about positional sturdiness, rim presence, and knowing his role—exactly the sort of reliable, no-drama veteran piece that can steady a rotation. If your team needs a functional big who won’t need the spotlight to help win possessions, he’s worth a look.
