long, rangy Bethune-Cookman linebacker with upside as a coverage-and-blitz piece
Tyre Curry is a 6-foot, 220-pound redshirt sophomore linebacker for Bethune-Cookman who profiles as an active, versatile defender with room to grow into a bigger role.[4] Bethune-Cookman describes him as a strong blitz specialist and cover defender, which matters because that combination translates to modern linebacker value beyond raw tackle totals.[3] He looks like a fit for teams that want an athletic, assignment-sound LB who can pressure quarterbacks and survive in space, though public stat data is limited, so his current impact is easier to gauge from traits than box-score production.[1][5]
