Sean Davis gives Iona a low-ERA lefty with late-inning bite
Sean Davis has been one of Iona’s most reliable arms in the 2026 season, posting a 2.44 ERA across 44.1 innings with 34 strikeouts and a 4-3 record, while also handling high-leverage relief work and even taking the ball in starts when needed. His value is in the mix: a left-handed look, strike-throwing, and enough versatility to cover multiple roles. The big swing factor is consistency, but if a staff wants a battle-tested, adaptable competitor who can steady games, Davis is an easy fit.
