Veteran Eastern Washington run-stopper with a proven disruptive streak
Lance Witherspoon is a seasoned Eastern Washington defensive lineman whose game has long been built on toughness, leverage, and backfield disruption—he previously piled up 121 tackles, 7 sacks, and 37 tackles for loss across 42 games, including 29 starts in his Eagles career. His calling card is the kind of physical, assignment-sound play coaches love: he can anchor against the run, create negative plays, and bring a veteran presence to the front. If you want a reliable DL who fits a hard-nosed, gap-control defense, he’s the type who earns respect fast.
