Active Interior Presence for Morehead State
Blake Friese is a **rotation-ready defensive lineman** for Morehead State who has already shown playmaking ability, including **33 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, and two pass breakups** in a previous season, suggesting he can disrupt plays beyond just eating blocks.[2] His value is in being a dependable, assignment-disciplined DL with enough range to impact the backfield and affect passing lanes, which makes him a sensible fit for a team looking for toughness, motor, and functional production rather than just flashy measurables.[2][7]
