Matt Braddock brought size, versatility, and turnover pop to CCSU’s linebacker room
Matt Braddock’s profile suggests a physical, versatile defender with production beyond the tackle column: CCSU listed him as a 6-foot-1, 230-pound junior linebacker in 2015, and he logged 10 tackles in 4 games with an interception that season. He also had a reputation as a multi-sport captain in high school and earned Connecticut Academic All-State honors, which hints at discipline and leadership. For a team, he reads like a dependable, intelligent piece who can add special-teams value and occasional playmaking upside.
