Jack Martin brings proven leg strength and versatile kicking experience to Troy
Martin is a multi-year specialist with a strong leg and a track record of handling both kickoff and punting duties, including a freshman season at Troy in 2019 when he averaged 53.5 yards per kickoff with 23 touchbacks. He later added experience at Alabama, Houston, and South Alabama, which suggests adaptability and resilience in the transfer-heavy college game. For a team, the appeal is straightforward: he offers depth, kickoff power, and specialist versatility, making him a useful fit if you value experience and field-position impact.
