Henry Fioriglio brings size, leverage, and a disruptive high-school track record to Northwestern’s DL room
Fioriglio arrived at Northwestern as a 6-foot-3, 272-pound defensive lineman from Riverview High in Sarasota, where he piled up 71 tackles, 28 tackles for loss, and nine sacks as a senior in 2023, plus captaincy and all-district/all-region honors. Northwestern’s 2024 roster notes he did not see game action as a true first-year, so the current evaluation is still more projection than production. The appeal is his backfield disruption, motor, and multi-year pass-rush production; the question is how quickly that flashes against Big Ten linemen.
