Thomas Booker brings steady guard play and veteran poise to USC Upstate
Booker’s current profile is that of a reliable, low-drama rotation guard: in the 2026 season, ESPN lists him at 3.8 points, 1.7 rebounds, 0.3 assists and 40.7% shooting, while USC Upstate’s roster lists him as a 6-foot-2 redshirt junior from Nashville[1][2]. The real sell is fit — he looks like a steady, experienced backcourt piece rather than a volume scorer, which can matter a lot for a team needing composure, toughness, and a player who knows his role. If you want a guard who won’t try to be the hero every night, Booker is the kind of glue guy coaches tend to love.[1][2]
