Nicholls backfield name to watch, but current public production is unclear
Corey Buchanan is listed with Nicholls football, but the available public roster/stat sources do not show usable season production for him, so the clearest read is that he’s still more of an evaluation piece than a proven stat-line star. That means the key questions are role, health, and whether he can separate with burst, contact balance, and reliability in pass protection—traits that matter more than raw carries. If your team wants an upside RB who could grow into a tougher, more complete contributor, he’s worth a look; if you need an immediate, heavily documented producer, the evidence right now is thin.
