Cory Ortiz brings size, experience, and guard versatility to Boise State
Cory Ortiz is a 6-foot-4, 215-pound guard from Kirkland, Washington, and the clearest stat line available shows limited recent production: 1.4 points, 0.5 rebounds, 0.1 assists, and 24.4% shooting in ESPN’s bio page. He looks more like a rugged depth piece than a featured scorer, with the kind of frame that can survive physical guard play and help in matchup-based lineups. If a team wants a low-usage, versatile backcourt option rather than a high-volume creator, Ortiz’s profile fits that niche.
