Devin Carter brings veteran guard energy to Alcorn State
Devin Carter is a steadier-floor, tougher-coverage guard for Alcorn State: a player who has been in the program and gives the Braves backcourt experience, which matters as much as points in March-style games. Public stat pages show limited recent box-score volume, so the real appeal is fit, composure, and guard depth rather than headline scoring; he looks like the kind of roster piece coaches trust to defend, organize, and keep the offense functional. If your team needs instant star power, maybe not—but if you want a reliable, low-drama guard with defensive-minded value, that’s Carter’s lane.
