Justin Swidowski brings old-school frontcourt production and physicality to Sacred Heart
In the available Sacred Heart-era data, Justin Swidowski profiles as a true post presence: a 6-9 forward/center who could score efficiently inside, rebound, and protect the rim. His early SHU impact included an 18-point, 7-rebound debut and season stretches like 10 points, 6 rebounds, 2 blocks, showing a rugged, paint-first game. The biggest separator is his blend of size, touch, and defensive activity; the main question is whether a team wants a traditional interior big rather than a spacing-focused modern forward.
