Sharp-Shooting Reserve Forward with Conference USA Co-Player of the Week Honors
Lesley Juedes, a reserve forward for Marquette, stands out as a high-intensity sharpshooter who scored 19 points with five three-pointers in a key win over Cincinnati and earned Conference USA Co-Player of the Week honors in the 2004–2005 season after averaging 11.7 points over her last seven games. Her differentiator is her clutch three-point shooting—like the game-tying shot with four seconds left in the first half against ECU—and her ability to score 17+ points three times that season. Though not a full-time starter, her intensity, basketball IQ, and reliable perimeter scoring make her a valuable fit for teams needing a high-efficiency reserve who elevates in critical moments. No major injury history is noted, and her personality reflects a focused, team-oriented competitor who thrives under pressure.
