Tim Cortazzo brings veteran size and proven big-play juice to Toledo’s WR room
In the 2026 season, Tim Cortazzo is listed as a senior wide receiver at Toledo at 6-foot-1 and 198 pounds, and he’s been penciled in No. 1 on the preseason depth chart at WR[1]. His college résumé shows modest career volume but efficient production—14 catches for 197 yards and 2 touchdowns in his Toledo career—suggesting a role player who can still win when targeted[5]. The fit appeal is his experience, size, and familiarity with the program; the wildcard is whether that offseason buzz translates into meaningful weekly impact in a crowded receiver room[1][5].
