Long-shot QB with local pedigree and developmental upside
Vincent Tascione arrives at Delaware State as a hometown quarterback from Polytech who passed for 2,170 yards and 14 touchdowns in 14 high school games; the Hornets’ roster listed him as a 6-foot-2, 210-pound freshman in 2019, and public team records show he did not play that season. His appeal is the arm talent and size that fit a developmental QB profile, plus the familiarity and toughness that often come with a Delaware in-state prospect. For a team, he’s more “project and patience” than instant production.
