Elite Guard with 15 PPG, 7 Steals, and 7 Assists Senior-Year Dominance
Ashley Deal, a senior guard for Norfolk State, stands out with a rare all-around stat line: averaging 15 points, 7 assists, 7 steals, 6 rebounds, and 3 blocks per game in her senior year [3]. Her differentiator isn’t just volume—it’s intensity and defensive ferocity, consistently leading the MEAC in steals while maintaining elite playmaking under pressure. Deal’s personality is marked by relentless competitiveness and a team-first mindset, often elevating teammates’ performance through her leadership. Though no injury history is publicly noted, her consistent high-intensity play suggests durability. For any team seeking a high-impact guard who can score, defend, and lead, Deal is a top-tier fit. In the 2025 season, Norfolk State was the defending MEAC champion, highlighting her role in a winning culture [5].
