Sacramento State DB Kevin Tennerson: rostered presence with upside if he wins the depth-chart battle
Kevin Tennerson is listed on Sacramento State’s 2026 football roster at defensive back, but the public results provided here do not include recent game stats, awards, or detailed scouting notes, so his current impact is not yet well documented. What makes him relevant is the opportunity value: DBs can contribute quickly on special teams and in sub-packages if they are disciplined, physical, and reliable in coverage. Based on the available information, he is best viewed as a watch-list player whose fit depends on whether he brings consistency, toughness, and coachability to a competitive Hornets secondary.
