Jaquel Morris is Norfolk State’s efficient, high-motor frontcourt glue guy
In the 2025-26 season, Jaquel Morris gave Norfolk State a strong two-way forward presence, playing all 32 games, making seven starts, and averaging 4.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 0.8 blocks while shooting 70.0% from the field. His calling card is efficiency plus activity: he finished with 110 rebounds, 26 blocks, and 15 steals, and he flashed real upside with a 23-point, 11-of-12 shooting explosion against Morgan State. If a team wants a physical, low-drama, rim-protecting forward who plays hard and finishes well, Morris looks like a smart fit.
