steady, game-ready linebacker depth for South Dakota State
VanVoorst profiles as a reliable, physical linebacker with proven availability, having appeared in all 11 games for South Dakota State in 2012 and posting a career-best three tackles in a road win[1]. His value is less about flashy stat production and more about consistency, toughness, and being ready when called on—traits that matter for teams looking for dependable depth and special-teams-type energy. Based on the available roster information, he fits best as a low-drama, high-effort contributor rather than a headline-grabbing star[1][6].
