Rhett Cardwell gives Rice a dependable, versatile WR depth piece
Rhett Cardwell is a useful Rice receiver whose value comes more from versatility and steady contribution than headline-grabbing box scores: ESPN lists him with 11 catches for 58 yards and no touchdowns, while Rice’s roster bio notes he arrived as a multi-dimensional playmaker who helped his prep team to a championship with more than 800 total yards, seven touchdowns, and kick-return production. That profile suggests a reliable, all-around fit for teams wanting effort, flexibility, and special-teams utility more than pure vertical explosiveness.
