Maryland's Intense DL with 1 Sack and 36 Tackles in 2024 Season
Adam McLean, a 6-2, 280-pound defensive lineman for the Maryland Terrapins, delivered a standout 2024 season with 36 total tackles (20 solo) and 1 sack, including a career-high three solo tackles against Michigan State. Beyond stats, McLean differentiates himself through relentless intensity, a 3.3 GPA showing academic discipline, and a high school legacy as a 2015 Under Armour All-American. He has no known injury history and plays with a hard-nosed, veteran-like mentality despite being a former freshman. His combination of physicality, mental toughness, and consistent production makes him a strong fit for any team seeking a reliable, high-intensity DL who elevates the defensive line with every snap.
