Malcolm Edmond brings veteran edge-setting grit to ULM’s defensive front
In the 2013 season, Malcolm Edmond showed up as a dependable, high-motor defensive lineman for Louisiana-Monroe, finishing with 20 total tackles, 0.5 sacks and a fumble recovery while appearing in all 12 games[3]. At 6-foot-1 and around 275 pounds, he profile as a compact, physical edge presence who can hold his ground and chase down plays, with a best-game flash of 12 tackles in 2012 and a sack against UL-Lafayette[3][14]. If a team wants toughness, experience and steady run support more than pure splash-play upside, Edmond fits the bill.
