Malcolm Brown’s comeback arm gives Little Rock a real October-style weapon
In the 2025 season, Malcolm Brown posted a 4.99 ERA with 34 strikeouts in 39.2 innings across 20 appearances, then delivered his biggest moment in the Baton Rouge Regional by throwing 5.1 innings of one-run ball against LSU. He’s the kind of right-hander who wins trust fast: competitive, resilient, and clearly comfortable in leverage after nearly walking away from baseball before Little Rock helped pull him back in. For a team needing toughness and late-game poise, he looks like a strong fit.
