the Wolfpack’s durable, plug-and-play guard with all-ACC pedigree
Tony Adams was a high-motor, high-reliability presence for NC State, starting 35 games and logging 2,472 career snaps while earning two All-ACC honors in the 2014-17 era. In the 2016 season, he played 93% of the Wolfpack’s offensive snaps, and NC State’s line allowed just 17 sacks that year, which tells you how steady he was in pass protection and run-game leverage. His differentiators were versatility, toughness, and leadership—he started at right guard and even handled center work, making him a great fit for a team that values experienced, assignment-sound linemen over flashy highlights.
