Towson’s Jerrance Carter: a tough, depth-chart-worthy linebacker with upside
Jerrance Carter is listed on Towson’s 2026 football roster at linebacker, but publicly available season stats and scouting details are limited, so the clearest read is on profile rather than production. What stands out is that he’s in the mix at a program that values physical, assignment-sound defense, which usually means you’re getting a player who can handle contact, play with discipline, and compete for snaps. If you need a plug-and-play tackler with visible stat-heavy résumé, he’s not there yet; if you want a developmental LB with room to grow, Carter is worth a look.
