Robert Morris DB with Elite Ball Skills and Shutdown Coverage
Toheeb Akinola, a rising star defensive back for the Robert Morris Colonials, stands out with his exceptional ball-hawking instincts—snagging 4 interceptions and 7 pass breakups in the 2025 season—while his physicality in run support (45 tackles, 3.5 for loss) belies his 6'1", 195-lb frame. Known for high-motor intensity and coachability, he's injury-free the past two years and thrives in man coverage against bigger receivers. A perfect fit for teams needing a versatile, high-IQ DB who elevates secondaries—watch him climb FCS ranks toward an NFL shot.
