veteran DB with proven tackling production and turnover instincts
Christian Massie has a track record of being a reliable, physical defensive back, highlighted by 42 tackles, 31 solo stops, 3.5 tackles for loss, one interception, one forced fumble, and three fumble recoveries in his 2016 high school season, showing he can tackle, trigger downhill, and create turnovers. His current public collegiate stat line is light so far, but his profile suggests a steady, instinctive defender who brings effort and ball disruption more than flashy counting stats. He looks like a fit for a team that values disciplined coverage, run support, and toughness in the secondary.
