Pacific Tigers Guard with Elite Playmaking and Defensive Intensity
Eliza Dy stands out as Pacific Tigers' most impactful guard in the 2025-26 season, not just for her 93 assists and 50 steals from her prior standout year at Pacific (2009-10), but for her relentless defensive intensity and clutch playmaking under pressure. Unlike typical stats-driven guards, Dy brings a rare combination of high-energy personality, zero tolerance for turnovers, and a history of overcoming minor knee soreness without missing games—showing elite resilience. Her 8.3 PPG and 8.8 APG in scoring third on the team reflect her role as a facilitator-first leader. She’s a perfect fit for teams needing a guard who elevates teammates, controls tempo, and defends with fire. Why care? Dy doesn’t just play; she leads, adapts, and wins.
